![]() Louise Pardo is a qualified Yoga Teacher who offers specialist classes in pregnancy yoga, active birth education and mum and baby yoga and massage classes. Louise has a passion for holistic health of mother and baby supported by yoga, baby massage and natural therapies. Yoga is a beautiful way to support women through the most significant change in their lives. By embracing the gift of yoga as pregnant women and new mums, we can bring much calm, focus and balance for the greater enjoyment of our motherhood journey and to raise emotionally balanced children. Louise's qualifications include Certified Yoga Teacher (My Health Yoga, 2007), 2-year Post-Graduate Diploma in Pregnancy Yoga and Active Birth Education (Brisbane Active Birth Yoga (Australia) and The Active Birth Centre (UK), 2009), Level 1&2 Radiant Child Yoga Program (Radiant Child Yoga, 2006) and Certified Infant Massage Instructor (IAIM, 2001). Louise has also completed studies in aromatherapy, massage and natural therapies that complement her role in supporting women in the journey of motherhood. Louise is the proud mother of two sons that have provided her with many opportunities for personal growth and reward and is blessed to have had the ultimate experience of being a mother. Contact Louise. ![]() Jane Campbell-Kaye is a counsellor specialising in all issues relating to pregnancy, birth and parenting. She brings to this work the previous experience of 28 years as an active birth yoga teacher and educator. Jane works with individuals and couples on issues such as birth trauma, relationship and parenting challenges, grief and loss, postnatal depression, infertility and IVF. Her commitment is to facilitate her clients' personal growth so that they make the transition through parenthood with strength, knowledge and faith in their own abilities. Jane also enjoys the work she does with Suzanne Lister offering Support Groups for new Mums and their babies. Jane trained in London with Janet Balaskas, and in Australia with the Brisbane Gestalt Institute. She is a Clinical member of both GANZ and PACFA. She and her husband have three grown up sons. Contact Jane. ![]() Suzanne Lister is an Occupational Therapist with over 17 years experience. Suzanne is also a qualified Gestalt Therapist and has been involved in Gestalt therapy group work for many years. Since becoming a mother, Suzanne has gained a passion for working with women in the childbearing years. She now enjoys facilitating groups that provide support for women with new babies. Suzanne has a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (UQ, 1993), a Diploma of Gestalt Therapy (Gestalt Therapy Brisbane, 2003) and has also gained accreditation in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Family Constellations.
