One of the main aims of Active Birth Yoga postnatal care is to help mothers adapt to their new role of motherhood.
Support, sharing and education given to mothers during this time can significantly contribute to confidence in mothering and emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing.  Through our Transition groups and postnatal yoga, women are given the opportunity to explore feelings, share common concerns, gain support and friendship and connect with their inner wisdom to help this adaptation into motherhood.
